1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בית“ – לרבות שטח קרקע אשר יועד להקמת בית בתכנית מיתאר;
”שינוי“ – לרבות ביטול, החלפה והמרה;
”שר“ – שר הפנים או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך;
”תכנית“ – תכנית מיתאר שאושרה לפי חוק התכנון והבניה, תשכ״ה–1965.
