בנק ישראל יבצע בקרה על מערכת מבוקרת כדי לוודא את יציבותה ויעילותה כאמור בסעיף 10 ואת פעילותה התקינה; לשם כך יבחן, בין השאר, את עמידת המערכת בהוראות לפי חוק זה, ואת נאותות כללי המערכת.
