12. סמכות לדרוש שירותים
(א)שר רשאי בצו להורות לכל העוסק בשירות בר־פיקוח, לעשות כל שירות, בעצמו או על־ידי שליחיו, שבתחום עסקו או מקצועו, כפי שיורה השר.
(ב)השכר שהעושה שירות לפי סעיף זה יהיה זכאי לקבל ייקבע על־ידי השר בצו.
