17. מינוי ועדת עררים
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה ועדות עררים לענין חוק זה.
(ב)כל ועדת עררים תהיה של שלושה; ליושב־ראש הועדה ימונה שופט בית משפט מחוזי ובין יתר חבריה יהיה לפחות אחד שאיננו עובד מדינה.
(ג)שר המשפטים רשאי למנות חברים חלופים לועדה.
(ד)הודעה על מינוי ועדת עררים, על הרכבה ועל מענה תפורסם ברשומות.
