23. איסור התנאה על מכר
לא יתנה אדם על מכירת מצרך בר־פיקוח תנאי שהקונה יקנה ממנו מצרך אחר, או שישלם למתווך פלוני דמי עמילות או שכר תיווך, או כל תנאי אחר, אלא אם הסיבה להתנאה היתה מילוי הוראה שניתנה כחוק.
