32. חקירות
תיקון: תשל״ח
(א)מי שהוסמך לכך בכתב על ידי שר, רשאי לחקור כל אדם, שיש לו לפי הנחתו ידיעה על עבירה לפי חוק זה, בכל ענין הנוגע לאותה עבירה.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)תשובות הנחקר לפי סעיף קטן (א) יירשמו וייחתמו כאמור בסעיף 3 לפקודת הפרוצידורה הפלילית (עדות), וסעיף 4 לפקודה האמורה יחול לגביהן.
