39א. אחריותו של חבר בני־אדם
תיקון: תשל״ח
נעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה בידי חבר בני־אדם, יאשם בעבירה גם כל אדם אשר בשעת ביצוע העבירה היה, באותו חבר בני־אדם, מנהל פעיל, שותף – למעט שותף מוגבל – או עובד מינהלי בכיר האחראי לאותו תחום, אם לא הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושנקט כל האמצעים הסבירים להבטחת שמירתו של חוק זה.
