39ו. פרסום פסק דין
תיקון: תשל״ח
בית המשפט רשאי לצוות שפסק דין חלוט או תמציתו יפורסמו ברבים, בצורה ובאופן שיקבע, ולהורות מי ישא בהוצאות הפרסום; אם הורה בית המשפט שהנאשם ישא בהוצאות הפרסום, יהיה דינן כדין קנס שהטיל בית המשפט.
