19. מתכונת הדיווח
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)המפקח, בהסכמת הועדה ובאישור השרים, רשאי להורות כי הדיווח ייעשה בדרך ובאופן שיקבע; הודעה על קביעה כאמור תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)ועדת המחירים תהיה רשאית להורות למי שחלה עליו חובת דיווח על שינויים שיחולו לגביו בדרכי הדיווח שנקבעו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), כדי להתאימם לנסיבות הענין.
