9. אישורים נוספים לפי חיקוק אחר
הוחל חוק זה על מצרך או שירות, לא יחולו עליו הוראות כל חיקוק אחר המסדיר קביעת מחיר ושינוי מחיר; ואולם אם לפי החיקוק האחר טעונה קביעת המחיר או שינויו אישורים שנקבעו בו, תהיה הקביעה לפי חוק זה טעונה אישור גם לפי החיקוק האחר.
