150. פניה לבית המשפט

נפגע פושט הרגל, נושה או אדם אחר על ידי מעשה או החלטה של הנאמן, רשאי הוא לפנות לבית המשפט, ובית המשפט רשאי לאשר, לבטל או לשנות את המעשה או ההחלטה וליתן כל צו בענין כפי שיראה צודק.
