49. סדרי עבודת ועדת הבקורת
תיקון: תשמ״ג [20(3), (4)]
(א)ועדת הבקורת תתכנס בזמנים כפי שהנאמן או כל חבר של הועדה יראו לנחוץ.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לפעול על דעת רוב חבריה הנוכחים בישיבה, אולם היא לא תפעל אלא אם רוב חבריה נוכחים בישיבה.
