7. נוכחותו של ילד בפעולות חקירה
תיקון: תש״ס, תשס״א
נתגלה הצורך, תוך כדי חקירה משטרתית בעבירה המנויה בתוספת, לעשות פעולה המצריכה נוכחותו של ילד או השתתפותו בה, לא תיעשה הפעולה אלא בהתאם להוראותיו של חוקר ילדים.
