1ב. חזרת הממשלה מהסכם
תיקון: תשע״א
הגישה הממשלה הסכם כאמור בסעיף 1א ליושב ראש הכנסת, והודיעה לכנסת וליושב ראש ועדת הבחירות המרכזית כי היא חוזרת בה מכוונתה לאשרר את ההסכם או לחתום עליו, לא יובא ההסכם לאישור הכנסת או לא ייערך משאל עם במועד שנקבע לכך, לפי העניין.
