4. המועד לעריכת משאל העם
תיקון: תשע״א
אישרה הכנסת הסכם כאמור בסעיף 2, ייערך משאל העם ביום ג׳ האחרון שלפני תום 90 הימים מיום החלטת הכנסת, אלא אם כן החליטה הכנסת ברוב חבריה, בתוך חמישה ימים מיום האישור כאמור, על עריכת משאל העם במועד מאוחר יותר, אך לא יאוחר מעשרה ימים מהמועד הקבוע לעריכתו לפי סעיף זה.
