1. שטחים תת־ימיים בשטח מדינת ישראל
(א)שטח מדינת ישראל יכלול את קרקע הים והתת־קרקע של השטחים התת־ימיים הסמוכים לחופי ישראל, והם מחוצה למים הטריטוריאליים, עד היכן שעומק המים שמעליהם מאפשר את ניצול אוצרות הטבע שבשטחים אלה.
(ב)שום דבר האמור בסעיף קטן (א) לא יפגע באפיים של המים שמעל לשטחים התת־ימיים הללו, ושמחוץ למים הטריטוריאליים של ישראל, כמימי לב ים.
נתקבל בכנסת ביום כ״ה בשבט תשי״ג (10 בפברואר 1953).
