16. דין עונש מוות
לא יוסגר מבוקש על עבירה שדינה במדינה המבקשת הוא עונש מוות, כשאין דינה כך בישראל, אלא אם התחייבה המדינה המבקשת שלא יוטל עליו עונש מוות, ושאם הוטל או יוטל – יוחלף בעונש קל מזה.
