18. ביצוע הסגרה
שר המשפטים רשאי לצוות על ביצוע הסגרתו של מבוקש שהכרזתו כבר־הסגרה קיבלה תוקף סופי, ומשציווה כך מותר יהיה למסור את המבוקש למדינה המבקשת ולהעבירו מחוץ לגבולות ישראל.
