24. דין מי שהוסגר לישראל
תיקון: תשס״א
הוסגר אדם לישראל על ידי מדינה זרה, לא ייעצר ולא יובא לדין על עבירה אחרת שעבר לפני הסגרתו, וכן לא יוסגר למדינה אחרת על עבירה שעבר לפני הסגרתו, אלא אם נתנה אותה מדינה זרה את הסכמתה בכתב לפעולה כזאת, או אם לא יצא אדם זה מישראל תוך שלושים ימים לאחר שניתנה לו, משהוסגר, אפשרות לעשות זאת, או אם יצא מישראל לאחר שהוסגר וחזר אליה מרצונו.
