4א. חברי כבוד
תיקון: תשכ״ג
(א)המוסד רשאי למנות חברי כבוד, מבין חבריו ומבין שאינם חבריו, ובלבד שמספרם לא יעלה על מספר חברי המוסד באותה שעה.
(ב)נתמנה חבר המוסד לחבר כבוד, רשאי המוסד למנות חבר אחר למילוי המקום שנתפנה.
