2. חקירת עדים
בחקירת עד בבית משפט, לא ירשה בית המשפט חקירה אשר, לדעת בית המשפט, אינה לענין הנידן ואינה הוגנת; ובפרט לא ירשה בית המשפט חקירה שיש בה משום עלבון, הפחדה, התעיה או ביוש שאינם לענין הנידן ואינם הוגנים.
