תיקון: תשע״ז־2
בלי לגרוע מההוראות לפי חוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה, התשס״א–2001, בכל בית משפט יקצה המזכיר הראשי של בית המשפט, לאחר תיאום עמו מראש, חדר או מקום שישמש להמתנת קטינים נפגעי עבירה למתן עדות בפני בית המשפט ביום הדיון; בבית משפט שנבנה לאחר ח׳ באב התשע״ז (31 ביולי 2017), יוקצה לקטינים חדר נפרד, המותאם לצורכיהם, שישמש להמתנתם למתן עדות בפני בית המשפט.
