בכל הליך שהמדינה צד לו תיוצג המדינה על ידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא־כוחו, (החל מיום 1.1.2027): בכפוף להוראות חוק היועץ המשפטי לממשלה (חוות דעת, ייצוג ופיקוח), התשפ״ו–2026.
