13. תקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו בכפוף לאמור בסעיף קטן (ג).
(ב)השר רשאי לתקן בצו את התוספת ולקבוע בה מחלות נוספות.
(ג)שר העבודה והרווחה, לאחר התייעצות בשר, יקבע בתקנות הוראות בכל הנוגע לביצוע התפקידים המוטלים על המוסד לפי חוק זה.
