10. עובדי הרשות
(א)הרשות רשאית להעסיק עובדים לפי תקן שיאושר על ידי שר האוצר; קבלתם של עובדי הרשות, מינויים, תנאי עבודתם, שכרם וגימלאותיהם יהיו כשל עובדי המדינה.
(ב)הוראות הסעיפים 3(ג) ו־5 יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם על עובדי הרשות הממלאים בה תפקידים מקצועיים או מינהליים.
