25ג. תיקון טעות סופר בתשקיף
תיקון: תשמ״ח, תשס״ד־2
נפלה בתשקיף טעות לשונית־טכנית, פליטת קולמוס, השמטה מקרית, טעות הדפסה, שיבוש של העתקה או כיוצא באלה, ימסור על כך המציע דו״ח מיידי כאמור בסעיף 36(ג), יפרסם את דבר התיקון בדרך שבה פורסמה ההודעה המשלימה ויצרף העתק ממנו לכל עותק של התשקיף.
