35טז4. מחזיק בכתב אופציה
תיקון: תשע״ד
מחזיק בכתב אופציה הוא כל אחד מאלה:
(1)מי שלזכותו רשום אצל חבר בורסה כתב אופציה, ואותו כתב אופציה נכלל בין כתבי האופציה הרשומים במרשם המחזיקים בכתבי אופציה, על שם חברה לרישומים;
(2)מי שלזכותו רשום כתב אופציה במרשם המחזיקים בכתבי אופציה.
