תיקון: תשע״ד
מחזיק בכתב אופציה המעוניין להצביע באסיפת מחזיקים בכתבי אופציה, זכאי לקבל, בלא תנאי, מאת חבר בורסה שבאמצעותו מוחזק כתב האופציה, אישור המוכיח את בעלותו בכתב האופציה, באופן שיקבע שר האוצר באישור ועדת המדע והטכנולוגיה של הכנסת.
