שר האוצר, לפי הצעת הרשות או בהתייעצות עמה ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות הוראות בעניין רישום מניות למסחר לפי פרק זה ומחיקה מהמסחר של מניות שנרשמו למסחר כאמור, ובכלל זה תנאים נוספים לרישום המניות למסחר כאמור.
