בקביעת המניין החוקי ומניין הקולות באסיפה יובאו בחשבון גם הקולות המנויים בתוצאות ההצבעה האלקטרונית, ויחולו לעניין זה הוראות סעיפים 35יב3 ו־35טז8 והוראות סעיף 87 לחוק החברות לרבות כפי שהוחלו בסעיף 65לב לפקודת השותפויות [נוסח חדש], התשל״ה–1975, לפי העניין.
