לא יציע אדם בזירת סוחר, מסחר במכשיר פיננסי מסוג אופציה בינארית או מסחר במכשיר פיננסי אחר מסוג שקבע שר האוצר על פי הצעת הרשות או בהתייעצות עמה ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת.
