52לז. איסור על ניגוד עניינים בעניין מסוים
תיקון: תשע״א־2
חבר הוועדה לא ידון בעניין אשר עלול לגרום לו להימצא, במישרין או בעקיפין, במצב של ניגוד עניינים בין תפקידו כחבר הוועדה לבין עניין אישי שלו או של בן משפחתו או תפקיד אחר שלו, ואולם לא יראו לעניין זה ניגוד עניינים הנובע רק מהיותו של חבר הוועדה עובד הרשות כניגוד עניינים.
