52נה. נקיטת פעולות לתיקון ההפרה ומניעת הישנותה
תיקון: תשע״א־2
מותב רשאי להורות למפר על פעולות שעליו לנקוט לשם תיקון ההפרה ומניעת הישנותה, ורשאי הוא לדרוש מהמפר להפקיד עירבון להבטחת ביצוע הפעולות כאמור; שוכנע המותב או מותב אחר של הוועדה כי המפר לא ביצע את הפעולות שהוא הורה לו עליהן כאמור, יחולט העירבון שהופקד.
