52סג. עיכוב ביצוע ההחלטה והחזר
תיקון: תשע״א־2
(א)אין בהגשת עתירה כדי לעכב את ביצוע ההחלטה, את פרסומה או את הגשת הדוח המיידי לפי סעיף 52ס(ד), אלא אם כן הסכים לכך המותב או אם בית המשפט הורה על כך.
(ב)החליט בית המשפט לקבל עתירה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), לאחר ששולם עיצום כספי לפי סעיף 52נג, יחולו לעניין העיצום הכספי כאמור הוראות סעיף 52כו(ב).
