קיום הוועדה המייעצת, סמכויותיה ותוקף החלטותיה לא ייפגעו בשל הפסקת כהונתו של חבר מחברי הוועדה המייעצת או מחמת ליקוי במינויו או בהמשך כהונתו, ובלבד שמכהנים בה רוב חבריה.
