26ד. החלת הוראות מפקודת הרופאים
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
(א)ההוראות החלות על רופאים לפי סעיפים 10 ו־16 לפקודת הרופאים יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על עמית רופא.
(ב)השר, לאחר התייעצות עם שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע הוראות מפקודת הרופאים, נוסף על האמור בסעיף קטן (א), שיחולו, בשינויים המחויבים או בשינויים שיקבע כאמור, גם על עמית רופא.
