46. ביטול תעודה שניתנה על סמך מידע כוזב
המנהל רשאי לבטל תעודה במקצוע בריאות לאחר שנתן לבעל התעודה הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו, אם מצא כי התעודה ניתנה לו על סמך מידע כוזב.
