22. חובת נאמנות
במילוי תפקידיו יפעל נוטריון בנאמנות ובמסירות; נתבקש הנוטריון לבצע פעולה בשביל יותר מאדם אחר, חב הוא בנאמנות שווה לכל הצדדים ואין נפקא מינה מי מהם משלם את שכרו.
