30. ארכיון מרכזי
שר המשפטים רשאי להקים ארכיון מרכזי למסמכים נוטריוניים ולחייב נוטריונים לשלוח לארכיון זה, במועד שנקבע בתקנות, עותק ממסמכים או מסוגי מסמכים כפי שנקבע בתקנות באישור ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט של הכנסת.
