45. הסמכות לאמת
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)חתימתו של נוטריון, בתוקף תפקידו לפי חוק זה והתקנות על פיו, על גבי מסמך הנועד לשימוש מחוץ לישראל, תאומת, על פי בקשת מעונין, בידי רשם בית־משפט שלום או עובד מדינה שמונו לכך בידי שר המשפטים.
