פעולה מן הפעולות המפורטות בסעיף 7(1), (3), (7), (8) ו־(9), כשהמסמך הנוטריוני דרוש לצרכי שימוש בחוץ לארץ, לרבות נציגות של מדינת חוץ בישראל, לא תיעשה אלא בידי נוטריון.
