18. החזרת תגמולים ששולמו שלא כדין
תיקון: תשי״ז, תשכ״א
(א)ביטלה או שינתה הרשות המוסמכת החלטה מכוח סעיף 15, רשאית היא לחייב בהחלטת הביטול או השינוי את הנכה בהחזרת כל סכום המגיע ממנו עקב אותה החלטה.
(ב)לא ערער הנכה על החיוב כאמור, או ערער וערעורו נדחה – יהא דינו של החיוב, לענין הוצאה לפועל, כפסק דין סופי של בית המשפט.
