4א. תגמולים
תיקון: תשי״ז, תשכ״ט, תשע״ד, [ק״ת צווים], [י״פ הודעות]
(א)נכה שדרגת נכותו אינה פחותה מ־10% ישולמו לו, כל עוד הוא נכה כאמור, תגמולים בשיעור של אחוז משכרו הקובע לכל אחוז שבדרגת נכותו.
(ב)סכום התגמול החודשי המשולם לפי סעיף קטן (א) לא יפחת מ־2,616 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 2020; החל מיולי 2026, 2,892 ש״ח).
