תיקון: תשל״ג
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות כי לענין הזכאות של נכה לתגמול ולענין ניכוי הכנסה נוספת מתגמול לפי חוק זה תחושב הכנסתו של הנכה לפי תקופה מסויימת לפני המועד של תשלום התגמול.
