24. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשל״ז
שר האוצר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו, ובכלל זה תקנות בענינים אלה:
(1)הקניית מקצוע לנכים, הכשרתם לעבודה ומתן מענקים או מילוות לשם כך ואופן פרעון המילוות;
(2)מתן מילוות וערבויות לנכים לשם יצירת מקורות פרנסה או ביסוסם, ואופן פרעון המילוות;
(3)מתן מילוות וערבויות לנכים לצרכי דיור ושיכון ואופן פרעון המילוות.
