3ד. נכה שזכה לפיצוי
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ז
מי שאושר לו פיצוי (להלן – נכה שזכה לפיצוי) לא יהא זכאי לתגמולים אולם אם אושר לו פיצוי חד פעמי בלבד, או עד מועד פלוני בלבד, יהא זכאי לתגמולים לגבי התקופה המתחילה עם מתן האישור או עם אותו מועד; לענין סעיף זה וסעיפים 3ה ו־3ו, ”תגמולים“ – כל תשלום תקופתי המשתלם לפי חוק זה.
