תיקון: תשל״ז
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות את סוגי ההוצאות שרואים אותן כהוצאות בתביעת פיצוי ואת שיעוריהן המקסימליים.
