4. תגמולים
תיקון: תשכ״ט, תשל״ג, תשל״ז, תשע״ד, [ק״ת צווים], [י״פ הודעות]
(א)נכה הזכאי לתגמולים ישולם לו, כל ימי חייו, מאת אוצר המדינה, תגמול חדשי בשיעור של אחוז אחד מהשכר הקובע לכל אחוז שבדרגת נכותו.
(א1)סכום התגמול החודשי המשולם לפי סעיף קטן (א) לא יפחת מ־2,617 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 2020; החל מיולי 2026, 2,892 ש״ח).
(ב)התגמול ישולם מיום כ״ז באדר ב׳ תשי״ד (11 באפריל 1954).
