9א. ערעור לפני בית משפט מחוזי
תיקון: תשנ״ה, תשע״ד
נכה וכן הרשות המוסמכת רשאים לערער על החלטת ועדה רפואית עליונה לפני בית המשפט המחוזי בנקודה משפטית בלבד בתוך שישים ימים מיום שנמסרה להן ההחלטה, ויחולו הוראות סעיף 12ב(ב) ו־(ג) לחוק נכי המלחמה בשינויים המחוייבים.
