תיקון: תשע״ז־2
שר האוצר רשאי לקבוע כי מועדי ההודעה על פירוק קרן סל וכן מועדי פירוק קרן הסל יהיו מוקדמים מהמועדים הקבועים בסעיפים 106 ו־107(ב), וכן לקבוע הוראות נוספות לעניין פירוק קרן כאמור.
